December 22nd, 2023 – Houston: The mood today at Odyssey Space Research is a melancholic one. Barb Ebadat, yes, that Barb Ebadat, has officially retired. She was the 7th employee to join Odyssey’s mission, earning her a fun nickname of 007 (“double-O-seven”). As mentioned in the linked article, Barb truly is and was the heart and soul of Odyssey. In typical Barb fashion, she continued to give back to Odyssey by showering us with donuts on her last weeks. Barb’s warmth and reliability have been unmatched and we all wish her the best in her life during retirement!
