On October 13, Blue Origin’s New Shepard vehicle took off from the company’s West Texas launch site.
The launch prominently featured a payload from NASA’s Safe and Precise Landing – Integrated Capabilities Evolution (SPLICE) project to test lunar landing technologies.
Since SPLICE began in 2017, Odyssey has supported SPLICE in a variety of roles, including:
- hardware in the loop simulation
- core Flight System (cFS) software development and integration
- flight hardware delivery and initial testing
- preliminary processing of flight data
