Job Description:
Qualified candidates will be innovative, analytical, and excited to further space exploration through their work on practical and impactful projects.
Qualified candidates with some of these skills have a better chance of being considered:
- Guidance, Navigation, Control, and Propulsion (GNCP) domain experience
- C/C++
- Matlab/Simulink
- Python
- Linux development environments
- Software development lifecycles
We are seeking exceptional individuals at all skill levels with a strong desire to further space exploration, regardless of background.
Required:
- U.S. Citizen (or Permanent Resident) is required due to the nature of the work
- In progress or completed a BS/MS/PhD in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar STEM degrees from accredited universities
Other Useful Skills:
- Knowledge of NASA’s Core Flight Software (cFS)
- Knowledge of NASA Trick simulation framework
- Knowledge of NASA missions and other commercial space projects
